Brasília – Anvisa launched this Thursday (1) a system to receive reports of infractions related to the medicines market. Reports of overpricing practices in offers or sales of medicines in pharmacies and drugstores may be reported using a specific form.

On the Anvisa website, it is possible to check the maximum prices for the sale of medicines. The initiative is part of the Medicines Market Regulation Chamber’s strategies to allow anyone to report possible infractions in the sector in a standardized and faster way, different from the current model in which it is necessary to report via email.
