Brasília – A new study by market-monitoring platform Zeeng assessed the digital performance of ten major pharmaceutical companies in Brazil during the first nine months of 2025 (January–September). The analysis focused on activities across social media and online media presence.

According to the reports, Cimed, GSK and Bayer lead the ranking, each adopting distinct strategies but sharing the common traits of constancy and authenticity. The leader, Cimed, stood out for its collaborations and content that resonated culturally—breaking from the more formal tone traditionally associated with the pharmaceutical sector.

The study highlights digital engagement as a key tool for the industry to strengthen connections with the retail sector and end consumers. For policy-makers and industry stakeholders, the findings suggest increased importance of omnichannel strategies and digital brand presence in an increasingly competitive market.
