Brasília – The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (Anvisa) announced that, starting January 1, 2026, petition procedures related to the registration and post-registration of medicines and biological products will be migrated from the ASP electronic system to the Solicita platform. The transition aims to modernize Anvisa’s digital infrastructure and improve efficiency in regulatory submissions.

According to the agency, the change will also affect the Product Change History (HMP) form, which must now be submitted as a pre-filled PDF through the Solicita portal instead of being completed directly in the ASP system. Some specific petition types — such as certificates, clone product submissions, and CTD-format documents — will continue temporarily in the current platform until full migration is completed.

The initiative is part of Anvisa’s broader effort to streamline processes, reduce procedural delays, and enhance digital integration across regulatory areas.
